杜誉は兵庫県神戸市の水の綺麗な山間の街にある創業明治十八年の市内唯一の醤油蔵である池本醤油との共作です。
“TOYO” is a collaboration with Ikemoto Soy Sauce, the only soy sauce brewery in the city founded in 1887, located in a mountainous town with beautiful water in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture.
六代目蔵主の池本充宏氏をはじめ、僅か九人の蔵人の丁寧な手仕事による製造と一本一本手詰めに拘っています。
Including Mr. Mitsuhiro Ikemoto, the 6th brewer, only 9 brewers are involved in the careful handicraft manufacturing and hand-packing of each one.
六甲山系の天然水を使った淡口醤油にたっぷりの鰹出汁を合わせ華やかな風味と程よい塩味に仕上げまた幅広く使える出汁醤油です。
Toyo is the Dashi soy sauce mixture with light soy sauce made from natural water from Mt. Rokko and plenty of bonito stock. It can be used widely and has a gorgeous flavor and moderate saltiness.
